This study characterizes air quality in dairy barns using tie-stalls or free-stalls. Air quality indicators characterized in this study include some microorganisms (molds, bacteria, and archaea), organic dust, and endotoxins. These indicators were quantified in five barns of each type. Microorganism quantification was made using qPCR and respective probes and primers. This document contains a table listing sequences for the used probes and primers as well as the targeted genes. It also contains additional analysis data for comparison between tie-stall barns and free-stall barns air quality.
